Once an order has been placed via the website, our warehouse will dispatch within two business days (usually next business day). Within Australia, you can expect to receive your order within 3-5 days for east coast locations and 5-7 days for the west coast. If your order does not arrive promptly contact us and we will be happy to check status for you. Once an order has been placed and paid for online, you are unable to cancel. In cases where a product is out of stock and will not reach a customer within the standard shipping timeframe, Tinkered by will notify you of the delay and expected arrival time of the backordered product. All other available items in an order will be shipped within standard timeframe. Once backordered items on an order become available, they will be sent separately at no additional cost to complete the order. If you wish to cancel your backordered product, no problem, just use the Contact Us form – make sure you include your order details.
All prices on this site are in Australian Dollars. We accept Visa, Master card and Paypal. All prices shown include 10% GST. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, the industry standard encryption, to protect the loss, misuse or alteration of your credit card information under our control. Your details are sent directly from our website to the bank. We do not store your credit card details.
We do not currently offer custom gift wrapping but all of our jewellery is packaged in fabric drawstring bags made from the traditional ‘Kanga’ material well known in Kenya and Tanzania. We never include your invoice in the box, so you can still send gifts direct via our service.
